The PTA is a partnership of parents, teachers, staff and administrators. It is a network of people with a common goal: making Hulstrom the best school it can be.
Membership for the 2016-17 year is just $8. You can pay for your membership on the PTA Store.
As a PTA member, you will receive up-to-date information about school events, be informed about volunteer opportunities and have access to parenting resources available from the Colorado State PTA. PTA membership is required if you would like to have a voice and vote on pertinent school issues. To become a member, complete your membership/directory form at registration. Contact Tiffany Abbink at firstname.lastname@example.org with any membership questions. You do not have to be a PTA member to volunteer or attend meetings.
Volunteering at Hulstrom
Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year! There are multiple opportunities for you go get involved at Hulstrom; whether through PTA, your child’s classroom, or the library! We work hard to match your availability, talents and passions with the perfect volunteering opportunity. Please take a quick survey to inform us where you are interested in volunteering at Hulstrom.
The Adams 12 District requires all volunteers to complete a volunteer application and a code of conduct. Both are available at the front office. The paperwork is a one-time requirement but a current driver’s license will need to be scanned at the office prior to volunteering at school each academic year.
The district also asks that you attend a training tour provided by the PTA prior to volunteering in the classroom, in the library, or attending a field trip. This tour is a one-time requirement.
