FREE School Meals
All students will have access to FREE meals
USDA passed an extended waiver for free meals for all students through the end of the 2020-2021 school year.
**FREE school meals available for children ages 1-18 who are in-person or learning remotely.**
In-person Learners:
All students learning in-person will have access to FREE breakfast and lunch. We will also offer a limited variety of a la carte snacks for students to purchase at the school.
ELEMENTARY STUDENTS, in addition to free meals while in-person learning, will have the options to pick-up a weekend bag with meals for Saturday and Sunday at the end of the school day each Friday.
HYBRID LEARNERS, in addition to free meals while in-person learning, will have access to grab a bag on Tuesday or Friday, depending on their hybrid schedule, which will provide them with meals for their hybrid learning days as well as the weekend days.
Remote Learners: Wednesday Pick-Up
FREE breakfast, lunch and dinner are available to pick-up through drive-thru meal service for students learning remotely and non-district children ages 1-18 at four locations. Meals are only distributed on Wednesdays and receive seven days worth of meals.
Wednesdays at 1:30 - 3:00 pm:

- Thornton High School, 9351 N Washington Street, Thornton, CO
Wednesdays at 3:30 - 5:00 pm:
- Northglenn High School, 601 W 100th Place, Northglenn, CO
- Horizon High School, 5321 E 136th Avenue, Thornton, CO
Children do not need to be present when picking up meals and is open to district and non-district students. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
